ITINERARY:
Day-1 Imphal Arrive at Imphal. Visit Imphal War cemetry (World War II cemetry). Evening at leisure. You can explore the local market. O/n at hotel in Imphal.
Day-2 Imphal Sightseeing Visit Kangla Fort & Kangla Museum, Govindajee Temple, Mahabali Temple, Manipur State Museum, Shahid Minar and the famous IMA Market, a unique market run by the women. O/n at hotel in Imphal.
Day-3 Excursion to Lokatak Lake Today, proceed for full day excursion to Loktak Lake (50 km/2 hrs), the only floating lake in the world, composed of large masses of floating weed (called “Phumdi” in local dialect) and Sendra Island. Later visit to Keibul Lamjao National Park. Then visit INA Museum – the place where Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s India National Army first hoisted the Indian Tricolors. On your way back visit Japanese War Memorial (India Peace Memorial). Overnight at hotel in Imphal.
Day-4 Departure Departure for onward journey. Tour ends
